Refund and Returns Policy

If you receive a defective product, contact us at [email protected] for assistance. We will refund or reprint your order at no cost under these conditions:

  • The product is flawed.
  • Wrong design compared to what was displayed on our site.
  • Product information (type, size) does not match the order.

What To Do

To request a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Please provide the following details via email:

  • Order/Invoice ID
  • A photo of the wrong or damaged item (if applicable)

Once reviewed, refund requests are processed within 1-3 business days. If approved, refunds typically arrive within 2-3 business days.

Returns

For wrong or defective items, you do not need to return the product. We will issue a refund, which is expected to arrive within 2-3 business days.

Note: We do not offer refunds, reprints, or returns in these cases:

  • Incorrect shipping address, failure to collect packages, or other issues within your control.
  • Delays due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., customs issues, natural disasters).
  • The item matches the description on our site.

Cancellations

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. A 10% processing fee will apply. After 24 hours, the item will enter production and cancellations will no longer be possible.

  • Credit card: 10-14 business days (depending on your bank)

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for incorrect sizes or defective items. For other issues, such as printing errors, we will take care of the problem. Please contact us for guidance before returning any item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time for the refund to post.
  3. Reach out to your bank for further information.
