HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Simply select your desired style on the product page, then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. Once your order is placed, we’ll prepare it and notify you when it’s on its way!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders from Palraer Store typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit may take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to update in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, delays or issues can occur. If your tracking number does not update within a few days, please reach out to the shipping carrier or contact us for assistance.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us. We’re here to help resolve any shipping delays and provide support.
